I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. My mom went in today to fix her screen protector, which was a private one which was 60 dollars with a guarantee lifetime warranty on it. If it breaks she can go in and get it replace. Sammy who was assisting my mom gave her the wrong screen which was a regular one that was 40, we went back to explain to them and he kept cutting us off saying we’re only going by the system. Then proceed to say i can change it for you but im going to charge you for it. Also proceed to keep cutting us off, just unprofessional all around. Also asked for his manager had a smirk and said well im the lead and then my mom asked for their number and said well you can google it. He was rude the moment my mother walked through the door because she back to fix a screen that she’s guarantee warranty on. Manger came out and was being rude as well, Luis or whatever his name is. I am giving them a 1 because it is EXTREMELY unfair to the staff and the customers to walk in to what feels like conventional oven temperatures. They are working with only fans, in TEXAS 100+° heat. They are sweaty, red and look severely agitated (however, they did provide great energy ) I wouldn’t blame them if they would’ve been rude honestly. This store should be shut down for the appalling facility. I felt dizzy and sick, it was like someone leaving you locked in the car with the engine off. Not helpful at all and trying to rush me when I'm trying to explain my.problem. the problem is the store closes whenever they feel like it. I get off of work at 5. I get there anytime after that and they are closed up to 2 hours before it says they close online. They won't allow me to pay over the phone. I can not access my t-life account, that is what I'm trying to go into the store to fix because they also can't help with that over the phone. When I get to the store it is always closed. I called and their solution was "well we are open now" sorry sir I'm working and can not come now? I've been without wifi for 1 week.
