I hope this is the right Jack in the Box store #478. I have not eaten inside of jack in the box for over a decade. I decided since I had time to kill I would eat inside. I ordered my food..a #6 w/ curly fries and 2 tacos. The ladies were very nice although they didn't speak English. She brought me my food..I realized she didn't give me extra hotsauce for my tacos which was fine..I went to the counter and was told they didn't have any even though I asked for extra sauce when I ordered my meal....I said okay. Although I don't eat the tacos w/o extra sauce I decided to eat my meal. I looked at my burger and it didn't have cheese (it comes with cheese) so I walked back to the counter and let the people who work there know I didn't get cheese, she took the burger and brought back a burger in 30 seconds with cheese. I wasn't upset yet until I realize the cheese wasn't melted on the meat..I brought it back and a worker was explaining something about the temperature of the food until the lady who had brought it back said something to him..and I missed saying will they warm it up before I had to have a class about temperature...after all was said he wanted to take it and warm it up but by than I was done. I only went to that location because whataburger that I usually go to electricity was still out from the tornado. Read morePlaced a mobile order, for some reason it sent it to the last location i was around and not the one i was currently parked outside off. No option of cancelling the order through the phone. This store I’m at refuses to help. Says i have to replace the order. Asked about my refund they said “idk my friend” called the store that the order was sent to. Spoke with a Lurdes she was not helpful at all. Apparently jack in the box cannot cancel orders or refund you through the app. You have to inconvenience yourself and go to the location for a physical refund. When i told her how is this possible, she said “your the one that placed the order to the wrong location” in a nasty way. I’m a long time customer at jacks, i will be taking my business elsewhere. But that staff need better management or start from scratch . They don’t know how to process gift cards . Took 4 of them to try and none of them knew how to do it . Then they made me wait in the front another 10 minutes while I received my food . When I received it . It was literally cold/room temperature . Like it had been laying there for hours on the counter . And when I checked my bags , 2 burgers were missing . Can’t go inside so I had to wait for someone to see me so I could tell them my food was missing . When they brought the 2 burgers I was missing , it was also not even hot .
