Subway — Restaurant in Aldine

This place is terribly managed. I put in an application on July 3rd. And called every day to see if it had been reviewed. July 8th I was told to come in speak with the manager. I showed up at 11.am like I was asked she never showed after bout 3 I left. Called her twice no answer. Waited called her on July 9th. I get told im the one who never showed and please dont waste her time. So I let it go because I needed a job very badly. Continued to call and call. Finally I get a new person who tells me. Whats your name now this is way past me going to the establishment atleast 2 times a week. And calling. The manager was never in nor there. So this is August 2nd i get told "ill write your name down and check". I spent a whole month trying to get this job lied to and everything. For the "new" manager to say were not hiring. That is so very unprofessional and I use to be a manager. I will be following this up with corporate offices. I will never eat at this location nor will I ever work for subway again. And to subway I suggest you make some changes at this location or this franchise will not last very long with this type of poor customer services. And inadequately...

As soon as I walked in I noticed the place was a mess! With no customers because the place is hidden in the corner of a plaza, and only one employee with literally 6 tables in the place. Maybe instead of being in the back on her phone she could sweep , mop and clean the drink area or wipe tables. Another thing both restrooms were locked and when I asked for the key the employee said the key was lost. Either that's poor management or just pure laziness. Have another key made or they just don't want to clean restrooms I can only assume seeing as how the dining...

The food is bad here. Immediately felt sick to my stomach and my son spent 30 minutes in the restroom getting sick. My grandmother felt sick as well. 6 of us ate and 3 of us got sick. The girl who made the sandwiches was rude and barely spoke to me. She acted like she didn't like us and all we did was order food. I do not recommend this location. Bad choice. Go somewhere else or be sorry and get sick. If u have plans to do something u gotta cancel em cuz u will need to stay near a toilet for...
