These apartments are disgusting! The first week we moved in we noticed our food would have so many holes at the bottom so we put rat tramps & we caught 8! THE FIRST WEEK! We told the front office & they didn't care to fix all the holes in the kitchen pantry. We still kept catching a lot more rats but all they did was stick wired sponges in the holes but obviously that didn't help AT ALL! It takes maintenance almost a month or a little more to fix anything you have & that's if they have the tools! Because many times they say " we don't have the tools to fix it but we'll get right to it " I've been here for a year not because I want to but because I don't have anywhere else to go and I've had an AC problem down stairs & they've only came to check it 2x! TWICE! & they still can't fix it! They came to fix my apartment tub because something was wrong with the handles and they left 4 holes on the wall and till this day they haven't patched it up! You legit have to go to the front office for a whole week before they hear you out! ALSO the people there are extremely disrespectful! They walk away from you while you're talking to them about a problem with the apartment. And to top it off when they show you the apartments they show you an updated one but give you a trashy one. When we moved in the apartment rugs were nasty and dirty but they were sure they were going to clean it but they never came. The apartments are covered in all white paint. Every time somebody moves out they just go over the whole apartment with white paint & boom next person! My tub has layers of paint! You can legit peel off a thick layer of paint off the wall , tub , restroom sink & counters. Also if you have a dog even if it's a teacup chihuahua they won't go into your apartment and fix whatever is wrong because " maintenance is in risk ". Like seriously? What's worse is you have to pay for parking! 20$ a parking space! And you might get one close to your apartment if not you'll have to park in the other side and walk to your apartment! That's what happened to us! Another thing! If you pay your rent one day late they put a lock on your door and you're not able to get in! When it comes to the rent they expect you to have it there and then but when you need something they take over a month! Also they expect you to be at your house all day just incase maintenance goes. They have poor communication with their maintenance workers as well . It's horrible here. Don't move in if you're not willing to put up with all this. If I would of known myself I would of...

Was originally called ‘Mi Casita’ but now with “new management” it’s now ‘Villa Marbella’ there’s nothing villa marbella about this place. There’s rats IN THE WALLS, in the vents, and roaches coming from cracks on the walls that are supposed to be new and improved but instead just painted over. There’s new leaks everyday even though they take weeks to come by and fix. My family and I needed an immediate place to live, and we were promised that the NEW apartment that they just remodeled was the place for us, but instead it’s been the worst place we’ve ever stayed at. $1,200+ just so we can be roommates with roaches and rats. Plus, minor details like HORRIBLE paint job that they decided to paint over instead of taking care of the problem. They basically painted over the entire apartment and called it brand new. That’s how the new management is working right now. Please save yourself and find a better apartment complex...

They are thieves. They tell you to pay your deposit n you will get it back if for any reason you don't qualify n it's a lie. I spoke with Diana and she assured me it's given back before paying. Then Bernice the manager stated it is not because they missed out on other residents. Then Victoria with Corporate stated for me to go in the office and speak with the property manager. That manager then stated I could not get my $450 deposit back. Called Victoria back n now she says I hv to go by whatever the manager stated. They stole from me. Simply because I have a complex that has charged me with trash n cleaning the unit that I had no idea about because it's not even on my credit.
