I recommended to my boss because my son and I always go there and they give us good service but of-course we order in Spanish. They gave her really bad customer service besides the fact that they didn't have any one that spoke English today. My boss went and ordered a bowl of fruit and nachos, the ones that come with pico de gallo and all the works. They gave her plain nachos cheese only as for the fruit bowl, my boss said that the lady only told her no no and that was it. She thought they were maybe out of fruit today. The nachos were so soggy and nasty couldn't even eat them and they still charged her $6 for them. I called them to see if they will replace the order for the correct one and the lady on the phone didn't even offer to. I will not be going back...

First time we purchased and last. The lady - big build, black hair- taking orders had a very bad attitude. We ordered fruit and it was hard and we couldn't even eat it. My mom kindly told the lady taking orders about the fruit and she gave my mother a very bad attitude and even made faces. According to the rude employee, "my mom had opened the fruit bowl and could no longer do anything?" How else are we supposed to try the fruit?? All the other snacks are just normal, nothing great or special. Ordered Tostitos preparados with pico de gallo, salsa, cueritos but it was not good. Training needs to be done to employees behavior.
