Pizza Patrón Aldine Mail Route — Restaurant in Texas

I ordered a large pepperoni and a large pepperoni with spinach they told me the total was $22 I realized that that was a little bit too much so I called back about 5 minutes later to tell them to please remove the pepperoni and spinach pizza I was told that can't happen I told him to cancel the order and just give you the large pepperoni I was told that can't happen cuz I already placed through her I asked to speak to the manager I got hung up on. So now my whole entire order is just waste instead of just removing one pizza they just wasted two pizzas and didn't get any money this place is a complete and total sham avoid it all costs because you can't change an order once you place it and if you do try to they will hang up on you and they will be a complete and total a** to you about anything. This place needs to be shut down or higher some better employees. It just for reference this isn't my first experience with this. I also asked for the manager's name they put me on hold and hung up...

The employee that took my order & handled the money, completed the transaction and promptly turned and went right back to the food preparation area and began making my pizzas. He didn't wash his hands after handling the money and before handling the food. I watched another female employee folding boxes. She stopped, scratched her nose and rubbed her eye and went right back to work folding boxes. No gloves were utilized Called corporate twice, they're recording said they would be calling back in 48 hours. Still have yet to receive a reply. This company has all the signs of being a poor quality company with poor quality training resulting in a poor quality product. I highly recommend avoiding dealing with this poor...

The manager on duty was very unsanitary. She gave a guy the wrong Pizza. He took it out to his car and then brought it back in and said it was the wrong Pizza. she took it from him and then put it in the same area where all the other pizzas for everyone else was back in the warmer thing and then left it there. For every customer who came in she kept opening every box of every Pizza to look and see what kind of pizza was in the box over and over til she found their pizza. Then gave someone else the pizza the guy brought back! I just turned around and left that's disgusting an extremely unsanitary. If she's ok will selling pizza that should have been thrown away then what could she have done to my pizza? I wasn't...
