I ordered online for a offer of a free 10 pcs nuggets with a $10 purchase, I ordered a 10pc Korean BBQ nugget meal for $9.99 I was given the free nuggets with option to choose a flavor I chose unflavored nuggets. I get to the restaurant to pick up the order there’s only the unflavored nuggets in the bag with fries and drink. I tell the manager the order comes with a free 10 pc nugget she says its not on my screen all I see is 10 pc combo unflavored. I showed her my order on my phone she says I have to go off whats on my screen. Im confused so I call KFC Customer Service they document my reason for calling send me to the refund department and the refund department tell me I didn’t meet the requirements for the free nuggets. I told the customer service agent why was I allowed to choose a flavor for free nuggets if I didn’t meet requirements? He apologized and ask if there was something else he could do? Im like yes I want a refund if im not getting the free nuggets with my order or send me some reward points for free nuggets. He stated he couldn’t do that he would have someone reach out to me for a refund approval. Now my lunch is cold I got nowhere with the store manager then she finally said ok I’ll give you the free nuggets but this will be the only time.
So I had to burn 30 minutes of my lunch break got nowhere and left with a cold order of nuggets and fries when the manager could have just gave me the nuggets 30 minutes ago and explained to her boss what happened with my order. I want my money back and sometimes if a customer is going to the extent that I went to prove I was supposed to get something I ordered they probably right just honor the damn order for good customer service points and reviews.

Read morecashier about the lake of cleanliness of the store. He said they had been very busy and little time to clean. The food prep area had a mixture of spilled food. The floors were soiled with food and water. They were using a styrofoam full of gravy to fill the little gravy containers. The girl was very busy and knocked the cup over. Gravy spilled on the floor. No one stopped to clean the mess. I asked to speak with the manager. The cashier spoke to him. He came from behind the prep station and started to get my order ready. After he he finished, he gave me the order and walked off. The cashier noticed it was incorrect and asked me to wait so he could make the corrections.when it was completed, again I asked to speak with the manager. He finally came to the counter to speak with me. I asked if they had a district manager I could contact? He said the district manager comes in and out but I could go to the website and leave a comment. I don't eat at KFC a lot because we are on a budget. But sometimes we treat ourselves. But a billion dollar business that filthy was ashame. I started to take pictures and post them. The manager was polite not rude. The cashier looked embarrassed. We're not in the best neighborhood but you couldn't go in better neighborhood and found a KFC that filthy. I hope this improves. I don't want to loss the restaurant in our neighborhood because it is one of the better restaurants left in our aging neighborhood. Read moreWe should have looked at their ratings before ordering from this location. There is a reason they have 3.2 stars and in my opinion they should have even less than that. We went through the drive through and they were fast to serve us but when it came to us eating our chicken it was just awful! We should have know from the smell of it that the meat that had gone bad. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and being hungry, obviously, we started eating and you could taste that the chicken had already gone bad and yet here they were frying it up and serving it to their customers. We called and spoke to their manager (named Melissa) to let them know they were selling rotten chicken to their customers and they told us we could take back the rotten chicken and they could replace it. Not wanting more disgusting chicken we asked if we could take it back and just be refunded but Melissa said they don't do refunds. We figured we'd try again so we went back, handed in the nasty chicken, they counted it and told us they were only going to give us 8 pieces from the 12 piece we had originally ordered. Four grown adults sat down to eat dinner and we all noticed the awful taste, of course there were going to be 4 pieces of chicken that had been bitten into! Anyways 8 pieces was the best they could do 🙃. The quality of the food was terrible but not nearly as bad as the service.
