Bob has become our tech guy whenever we have needed some help during the past 4 years. He has been there when we couldn't figure out our TV in the basement, and he made a house call. He has been there when our computer needed and overhaul when we took it to his store. He has been there when we needed help getting started with a new iPad. He was especially helpful getting our email account straightened out via a phone call. Check him out when you need a tech guy with anything to do with technology.

I was 100 miles from my office and short on 2 memory modules for an ATM I was servicing. Called 2 places. First one I was hung up on because I was some sort of competition in their mind. Ahem, fergus falls' The computer hero, cough cough (Even though I work out of a different state). When I called this place they were very friendly and the price was what i ussually pay for wholesale. Very cheap yet name brand sticks I highly recommend them for computer related repair and parts....

Contacted this business and was told he could maybe stop out the following week on Friday. Was told he'd call me back, neither thing happened. Waited about a month and called again and he finally came out and after looking around advised me he would figure up some prices and get back to me - still waiting. Been months now and still nothing. Has a lot of good ratings and those are probably legit but our experience with this business has been lackluster and frankly...
