I was so excited to visit this store after following the designer’s work for years and seeing the U.S. launch announcement. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I purchased a dress that needed tailoring, and I was assured it would be adjusted to my size. I returned after the given time, only to find nothing had been fixed the dress still didn’t fit, and the issue I mentioned earlier was ignored.

Worse, the man handling the alterations was unprofessional, dismissive, and even blamed the tailor instead of taking accountability. When I told him I had a photoshoot the next day, his response was, “Then do it next time.” Completely unacceptable.
