Ok. For years ive had eternity jewelers maintain my watches and jewelry. Now. New owner. Took my watches to him to get new batteries. He changed them then one was given back to me with the watch hands not regerstered to 12 o'clock . I figured. Accident . He fixed it on the spot and I moved on. Less than 4 days later. I noticed one of my watches had a foggy lens. Somehow water got into it. I have had this watch many years. Never had this issue before.. i was not swimming with it. The only exposure this watch had to water was a shower. Something I had done with it for years. I was over seas and took it to a watch shop to get looked at and they found a seal or gasket missing. When i returned and took it back to Eternity, they were not willing to take ownership to this and gave me a lot of excuses on what could have happened. Everything from “ it was only water resistant not water proof. I had the nob pulled out to set it and water got in. They then said we don't have a lot of watch business and don't have a watch repair man on site to look at it. So here I am. A week later. No watch. No report from a watch repairman. And worse. They are not answering the phone. Cant Leave a message. I will be stopping by this weekend. Hopefully we will come up with a resolution. Sad. As I bought my engagement ring, wedding ring and even had a diamond added to the ring at my 10 th anniversary.

Was my go to jewelry store for many many years. Not looking so good now. I will update next week.

Update. Been a couple of weeks since I dropped off my watch for repair, my fault not theirs, picked it ip today, no charge, they stood by their work snd made it good. Still my go to place for battery’s and jewelry. Was worried for a bit, but...

Then the rings came out FARRR better than we could ever imagine, we designed the shapes, the colors of the gems, the diamond clarity, the bands, crown...everything and he didn't miss one detail (including our special made engravings that included mini gemstones and shapes). ALSOOOOO Carlos brought to life a high quality, real gold and mother pearl included earrings 100% replicating Sailor Moon's earrings from the anime/manga. He also specially engraved them for me so they were especially my own. You will never find better service, quality of experience, and quality of highly complex customizable designs than what Carlos can make. Best jeweler I have ever met, seen, or worked with. He will continue to be our family...

My sister went to this jewelry store to resize her wedding ring, and it turned into a nightmare. During the process, they tried to remove one of the diamonds from her ring. They handed it back with a missing stone, claiming it must have fallen out while being resized and suggesting it was probably in the trash. Only after my sister threatened to contact the police did they "miraculously" find the missing diamond on the spot. This place is clearly running a scam. I would strongly advise staying away from this store....
