I was one of the lucky ones able to purchase the "Ultimate Beaded Jewelry-Making Kit" from Potomac Beads. It contains a generous amount of goodies to get a new beader off to a good start: an instruction booklet, basic tools, beads, elastic, bead stoppers, and much more. Best of all, it is from Potomac Beads! I don't shop at Potomac often, but they have come through several times with beads I could not find elsewhere. And their tutorials are well done....

The selection of beads is amazing! We made jewelry out of them while we were there. Deb was extremely helpful, showing us what pieces to use to make different styles and clasps. This is a beautiful bead shop, great owners, wonderful lighting so you can see everything clearly. Located on a street with lots of interesting shops and places to eat. It was worth the trip from Mpls to go there. I thnk this is the BEST bead store I have ever been to, I'm looking forward to going...
