Dr. Jones is the greatest cardiologist and surgeon that I know, and I know a lot of them. Back in 2006 Dr. Jones replaced my mitral valve with an artificial one and he did not take any chances with my life. There was a procedure he wanted to do, but when he got inside, he decided it was to dangerous. I thank God and Dr. Jones every day I awake. Now, in 2019, I am having trouble again. I now live in Baton Rouge, and if I can, I am going for a second opinion from Dr....

I was kept waiting 2 hours past my appointment time to not even see the surgeon I was meant to, to see an NP and be told just to do what I’ve been doing for 3 years with a chronic and worsening condition. I waited a month for this appointment and live an hour away, so I spent 2 hours driving and waited in the room for 2 hours; to have a 2 minute conversation and got no help. Terrible bedside manner. They just want to bill your insurance. Please go somewhere else if...
