Don't buy here will not keep word on returning item. Tell you one thing and then pull have to exchange but how can you exchange when they no longer have item. Not an exchange if you don't have an item of like. Then want to give you store credit problem is don't have anything else you want. Have a no refund policy placed high above window. They state no guarantee that what is marked on box is what's in box, buyer expected to open in store and make sure so I guess if you buy and electronic item and it doesn't work the it's all on the buyer because it is liquidation. Bought and item box said one thing cheaper item not same brand in box could not exchange because had no more. Didn't want store credit because don't know when I will be back in store. Was told if anything wrong could bring it back returned within an hour. Will never buy their again and recommend that no one else...

Not my favorite place. Its a major hit or miss with the products available. They sold us an appliance that was in what looked liked a brand new box. But we couldn't open the box to review the item until after we paid. When we opened the box it was clearly used, not even clean. Oh, and there are no refunds. Another item that was purchased ended up not working. I wouldn't purchase anything here without fully inspecting it; whether it is electric, battery operated, or in a pretty box. If you can't inspect it, don't buy it. On the flip side, there have been some good purchases with appliances and other items here. One day you may feel ripped off and another get a really good deal. I really don't like that kind of gamble. I don't see myself returning. That last visit just kinda...

Was told there was a "closeout sale on home goods" so when I brought some shelving for my bathroom he rang it up, originally $15, he applied the "huge discount" that brought it down to $11, then applied a "store surcharge" which brought it back up to $16 after tax... Then he tells me he got a futon on sale because that's what I wanted, told me it was $220 "originally from major brand store" when CLEARLY the Wal-Mart sticker was still on it for $170 but said he would "let it go for $150" because he thought I "looked very beautiful"... like... just say all sales are priced as marked and stop...
