I went to the store to purchase a ring for my husband and it was the most horrible experience ever. The store staff themselves was great it was the system and the corporates support that was the issue. The online process had me go through all the prompts to buy the ring and then after the payment page it stated that the ring was not in stock. However I was charged on my card, not once but twice and no one could tell me why nor refund my money. I sat on the phone for 6 hours and still didn't get a resolution. My money didn't deposit back to my account until 6 days later and I was only offered 10% off my next purchase.
