This place had the rudest man working there we ask him for help we was the only people in the store he was sitting on a couch talking on the phone . We asked him do you work here he was like what do you want we told him we needed to be fitted for three suits for three men . He ask all of you are buying suits . We told him yes we had a love one pass away . The man had no idea what he was doing he did not even know how to Measure our neck ( I took home economics in high school and have to say I learn a lot about sowing I am so thankful I took home economics and for my teacher she was the best ) I told my wife we are wasting our time here this man that could not speak English did not know what he was doing, we asked if there was someone else who could help us and he told us he was the only person that worked there . Another lady walked in with a suit her husband had picked up after they had done alterations to it and she told him it did not fit her husband and she wanted her money back . He told her no refund no refunds she told him to keep the suit that she had call her credit card company and was told to take the suit back that they was not the first time that they have had trouble with this In Style store. The sad part is at one time it was a good place to go but not anymore I picked up a card and call two other InStyle store in Shreveport and taking with a manager named Tracy she was very nice I told her what had happened and she apologized and told me she would have her boss call me so I could let him know what happened to us . Next thing I know his friend from the store in Shreveport not the same one Tracy working in call me and tell me he is the owner and wants to know what happened. So I call Tracy back and asked her you did tell me the owner was out of town right she like yes I did i gave her the number that call me and the mans name Billy she told me that the sale men from our other store and the number was his cell phone . She was upset but I have to give it to her she did have the owner call me she was the only one that knew what she was doing she did ask me to please come to her store and she would do her best to help up but I told her we did not have that much time to drive that far . This store is the absolute worst. If I could give it zero stars I would! They will tell you anything to get your business, but once they have your money, they don't care about you as a customer anymore. HORRIBLE customer service. My husband was fitted in a suit that was way too small. He specifically asked about the exchange policy. He was told that he could exchange it within 7 days with a receipt with no problem. Now they are REFUSING to honor what he was told even though their own website says "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed." All 100% lies. They refused to even work with us on exchanging the exact same item in a different size. We spent over $500 in their store....

If I could rate lower then I would. These people are scam artists… I’m in the store right now… I bought a suit and had it hemmed. They told me I had to prepay for suit and alterations. After alterations the pants were 6 inches too short. They told me I could not get my money back or an exchange of any kind. That all sales are final. They made a mistake and then would not make it right. They are saying it is my fault because I approved the mark for the hem.
