Just came from Target, still a great store BUT, I just witnessed, a Target employee, gathering up the carts as he supposed to do and in one cart, there were papers in the seat portion. Instead of wading them up to throw away in a trash can in the store, THIS TARGET EMPLOYEE, THREW THEM ON THE GROUND IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE PLACE WHERE HE WORKS!!!! 😡

Great shopping experience! The store is clean, well organized and the many areas are displayed beautifully, as the high class department stores that I remember. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful AND plentiful. You don't have to look far or wait long for assistance as you do in another store, that shall remain nameless! 😀 It is a pleasure to shop in a roomy, uncluttered environment that is zoned well! The clothing items are neatly stacked, nothing is on the floor in heaps, like in that other store😀! Haha! Now on pricing - the prices are great! The grocery section rivals any super market in town! Target has upscale clothing and the more moderately priced clothing as well but it's all decent quality and pricing! I love Target! The only thing is, the shoe department is completely empty except for some athletic and slipper type shoes on the wall. Lots of kid's shoes.

STILL NO SHOES! I don't know how long they've been out but it's been for a long, long time before Christmas! The shelves are bare!!! As of today, only a few choices have trickled in! There are plenty of kid's shoes and sandals, flip flop type of shoes on the wall; athletic shoes, a couple of high heels, a few boots but no regular shoes. There were a few flats but for the most part, the shelves were empty! I asked the sales associates and they didn't know what was up either or when the department...

The customer service I’ve received and currently still receiving from employees that were not educated on the Black Friday promotion about the IPhone upgrade. I had trouble reserving the phone because Target Electronics Employess were not aware i had to reserve the iPhone a day ahead in store(as told on the phone Thursday night). Friday morning, I came into target and asked about my reserved phone and apparently there were no reservations made. After the coworkers spoke, they found my phone in “the back” and handed me the device while in line. About an hour later another employee came and told me we weren’t allowed to have the phones in hand until after the purchase and locked the device back inside some cart holding all the devices, just to later tell me first come, first serve. then i had to wait in line from 9am-1pm until a manager told the employee that reservations get done first, then i wasn’t given my SIM card after my purchase and had to drive back. Lastly, i still haven’t received my FREE 250.00 gift card that comes with your activation of an iPhone XS Max due to another employee not being able to...

I had a horrible experience here and it was utterly unacceptable. Many people gave me quote and quote death stares as I was simply just shopping for some home decorations. The staff was also rude. When asking simple questions on where something is they would suggest a place I've already looked at. When telling them this apparently heartbreaking news they retaliate and become mad. I would describe one of the employees outburst as a charging gorilla. After getting away from the hostile situation I run into other problems. Many things are not in there correct spot and workers are always standing around doing nothing. They don't help with anything. Many entitled teens come here for their Starbucks and sit around hogging up the store space and their parking. Many moms come here too, but not the good ones. They let their "Little ones" run around the place screaming and knocking things over. The same children they claim as "Their little angle." And many of these kids have no respect for fellow adults.
