Didn’t have size available so Manager ordered and said would be shipped to home, if didn’t receive to come back to store. 3 weeks later, nothing in mail. Went back to store and same manager told me I would have to call and see what problem was. Apparently not her job? I was just there this week, truly five star service! Unfortunately I didn't get the kind lady's name, but she was truly a great service person! Kind, friendly and humorous, she informed me of a few clearance deals and even suggested merchandise for me based on my Tardis backpack, and helped me to find a wallet in store! Wonderful woman, wonderful service! I'll definitely be coming back, if only to experience such 5 star...
