Customer service is exceptional, as Katya and the staff always strive to make the patrons as happy as possible. Although very rare, if something is ever wrong, it is immediately addressed and remedied. Most importantly, the products at She’s Unique are so fun and fashionable, and the collections range in style from everyday wear to up-scale events. Rude and unhelpful. Loved one piece of jewelry I bought from here, but I thought the lady who was working behind the register was having a bad day. We went into this store because we are on a road trip. On the way to our destination we decided to stop at Alexandria. My sister took great liking to this shop and immediately they gave us a look. Not a “welcome in” not a “may I help you with anything?”, but a judgemental ‘you can’t afford this store so leave’ look.
