Sold my mom a broken car for $380 and lied about it, can't fix it like they said they would because "that's what it's supposed to do" when it doesn't drive. not tell you about the "no-refund" policy, with no sign displayed and no written acknowledgement, no verbal acknowledgement, and not let you refund it, just words on the reciept AFTER purchase. Didn't even get to use the car, tried returning less than a week later. Same EXACT items online for HUNDREDS cheaper and you WOULD be able to return those items if they didn't work. Save yourself and your child's disappointment and just get the toys from anywhere else. They will not refund a defective toy. I was trying to support a small business even though I had to pay a couple of hundred more than I would have for the same exact thing at Walmart or Amazon and I now deeply regret it. charging people $400 (385) for a 3.5 mph 12V ride on that dies within an hour is burglary. went in to see about getting a refund and the very snide and rude cashier pointed to a bucket and some cheaply made toy guns on the wall and then moved them to reveal the no refund policy. I will not be getting anything from this store ever again. he offered to "fix" it but after seeing how the others performed its obvious that their quality is the problem. he then made a snarky comment on if I wanted to spend more on a higher quality one, attempting to insult me further mind you, when I already spent $400 on terrible product. I will most definitely be getting my money back some how. They also failed to mention to 5 different people that they did not allow returns until I wanted one. I bought this trash a week ago by the way.
