Thank you Kay Jewlers for reminding me to always check the refund policy MYSELF and NEVER trust your employees. I Bought a watch on 7/15. Went to refund it on 8/11. Didn't have the card I purchased it with so they told me I couldn't refund it. So I look for a watch to exchange it with but couldn't find one. So they told me I have 60 days from 7/15 to exchange it. Told me to "go check a different store". Well I didn't, I came back to this store on 8/18. Found a watch I liked so we're going to exchange it. While the cashier was checking us out I see the coupon for the 25% off everything Labor Day sale. So we start talking about it and the cashier actually tells me to WAIT UNTIL LABOR DAY WEEKEND so I could get the discount and save $60. So I say sure. It's only a couple weeks away. So we go in today to exchange the watch and they tell me that watches have a 30 day exchange/refund policy and there's nothing they can do LOL just wanted to warn everyone else, do NOT trust their word on ANYTHING. The employees there are nice, but lack the knowledge needed to inform you of their own companies...

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my engagement ring after the second resizing. This is a new ring, and I made it clear that I was concerned about the band becoming too thin and weak during the resizing process. Despite this, the ring was returned to me with: • A band that is visibly thinner and weakened • A noticeable twist in the gold band • Small holes/pitting in the gold This workmanship is completely unacceptable. The ring has lost its sturdiness, structural integrity, and value. I expect this issue to be corrected. The ring needs to be restored to its original quality, strength, and appearance. Huge disappointment being we have been doing...
