Judge Annabelle Cortez is corrupt. She clearly favors large entities, and those she views as being more "influential". She has no problem laying into unsuspecting citizens who don't know the civil legal system backwards and forwards, but then has no problem acting as an advocate for large entities who are being advised by their attorneys while ignoring said entities' blatant lies and mischief. She should not be a judge, particularly not in small claims where impartiality, and fairness are of the utmost importance. I guess Annabelle Cortez's poor and biased job as a part-time (4 hours a day) small claims stamp pad jockey of a judge in Alhambra was so outstanding that Governor Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown felt that Annabelle Cortez should be appointed at the Court so that she could continue her bias and favoritism for large entities and against the average citizen. Judge Michael Small is no better. The sheriff deputies here are fat stupid badge heavy belligerent unprofessional idiots. Makes me cringe to know these baboons are authorized to carry firearms. The clerks are sad stupid pathetic miserable little nobodies who clearly hate themselves and should do the world a favor and walk out to sea with rocks in their pockets.
This court is dilapidated, dirty, and the parking is overpriced, save yourselves the trouble and park for free on a side street (if you can find parking). Those elevators are death traps, especially. Where is the money from the fees, fines, and overpriced parking going? Clearly not into the infrastructure of this dump.
You would have a better chance going before the Honorable Shire Reeve, Justice of the Peace, Alvin Valkenheiser of Valkenvania Revolving Court District. At least there you would get an interesting show of the Revolving panels turning to conceal badge displays to reveal oil paintings on the other side of them, a desk covered in books and with a pop up display frame displaying Judge Valkenheiser's diploma from Ohio Farmer's Mechanics University, sliding forward as the panel over it opens to reveal shelves of books, and the Judge himself being raised up from the room below via a chair suspended on a sophisticated system of belts and pulleys....all to the fanfare of El Capitan by John Philip Sousa being played on a worn out audio system. Just don't be a banker if you...

Yet i never said a word to him...Bad customer service for the people you serve. What a shame, this is no longer a...
