FIRST OFF LET ME SAY IF YOUR NOT CHINESE OR WHITE WITH MONEY DONT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND PREJUDICE. I AM A HISPANIC WITH TATTOOS LIKE ALOT OF OTHER PEOPLE AND YES I HAVE SAME SEX PARTNER. FOR THIS REASON I WAS GIVEN ATTITUDE AND LOOKS BY THE STAFF AND EVERYTIME ME AND PARTNER WALKED BY THEY WOULD STARE AND SPEAK IN THEIR LANGUAGE WHEN ADDRESSED I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS IMAGINING THINGS AND ASKED IF I WAS ON DRUGS.I CANT TELL YOU HOW UPSET I WAS AND MY PARTNER WAS HURT BEYOND BELIEF. TO ADD TO INSULT ON MY SECOND DAY A MALE MANAGER KNOCKED AT MY DOOR AND HANDED ME A PAPER AND SAID THERE WAS A COMPLAINT OF SMOKING IN ROOM I ASKED HIM TO COME IN AND CHECK IF THERE WAS SMOKE BUT HE DECLINED AND CONTINUED TO SAY THINGS ABOUT THE 250.00 FINE FOR SMOKING I REALLY COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HIM DUE TO HIS HEAVY ACCIDENT AND THEN HE JUST WALKED AWAY. I REVIEWED PAPER IT SAID IT WAS A WARNING BUT IF ADDRESSED AGAIN THE FINE WOULD BE IMPOSED. THE NEXT DAY AT CHECK OUT EVERYTHING WAS OK I SIGNED TO RECIEVE MY 100 CASH DEPOSIT BACK AND AS EMPLOYEE WAS GONNA HAND ME MY MONEY BACK ANOTHER FEMALE CHINESE EMPLOYEE SPOKE IN THEIR LANGUAGE AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I WAS TOLD TJEY WERE KEEPING MY 100 CASH DEPOSIT . THEIR REASON WAS BECAUSE THEY FOUND A HALF CIGARETTE IN MY TRASH CAN I EXPLAINED IT CAME FROM A JACKET POCKET. I BECAME SO UPSET AND THEN CALLED ALHAMBRA POLICE DEPT. LETS JUST SAY I AM GOING TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT TO GET MY 100 DEPOSIT BACK..SO JUST SOME ADVICE IF YOUR ANY OTHER RACE THAN CHINESE OR RICH DONT STAY AT ALHAMBRA INN THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL UNWANTED AND DISRESPECTED IT WILL...

This place was very suspicious of me, as soon as I walked into thier establishment. I really believe it is because of my skin color, and me not being of Asian decent. Ten minutes after I checked in, and finished moving my things from the car to the room, and employee entered my room, when I went down stairs to smoke a cigarette. Then I was being accused of smoking in the room. I really feel like they just wanted to take my $100 deposit away from me. Everyday I notice someone else has been in my room, and I place the do not disturb sign on the door.

To top it all off, lastnight I was awakened at 1:10 a.m in the morning, by the group of people they put next to my room (8 people in 1 room). I go downstairs to complain directly to the front desk person. He then proceeds to check that rooms paper work, at first I couldn't understand why he just didn't pick up the phone and call the room. What happened next, explained it all. He started speaking what ever Asian dialect, and seemed to be apologizing the the person on the other end of the line.

After hanging up he tells me "I didn't hear any noise, and they say they are not making any". So I looked right at him and said "so I'm just down here right now, just to lie to you then right?" Don't stay here unless you are Asian that all I have to say.

I would have left a long time ago, if my company wasn't the ones responsible for my stay in the first place....business always out ways other...

I came to this hotel on Saturday, May 28th to spend time with family. When I arrived, I was told to park in a specific spot by the hotel staff. The next morning, the drivers side, rear of my car, had been hit. I complained to the hotel staff, specifically to the man that told me to park where I did. Suddenly he developed amnesia and told me he didn’t know who I was, nor remember telling me where to park my car. I asked him his name. He told me he was the manager and the owner. ||||Later on in the day I spoke with Olivia, I asked her if I could have footage of the cameras in the parking lot so I could send it to my car insurance. She said I would have to wait until Monday because the owners were in New York and they would be the only ones who could review the videos because of privacy issues. ||||This morning, as I was checking out, the man who said he was the manager was there. I asked him what his name was he became enraged. He started wagging his finger at me and yelling at me. Then he started coming towards me, kicking a door so I hurried out with my kids. I managed to take a picture of him coming at me. The owner called me today, she told me she couldn’t give me the video because of privacy issues. Add to all that, the TV was broken, the carpet smelled like weed, and the towels were stained. I’ll never go back to this hotel and and hope this serves as a warning to all those considering staying at this poor...

I would never stay here again. Most disrespectful front desk people mainly holly I believe is her name. The room was discussing I tried to tell them that day 1 and they ignored it. Even tried to show photos. It also doesn’t help that they don’t even really understand any English. They even booked us an extra room for two nights and charged my card and refused to refund it I tried to tell them it makes no sense to have another room with a just two people who are here as a couple. She refused to refund me the money of a room that I didn’t even stay in. The room was basically breaking apart and caused us to be stuffed up from all the dust around the bed and under the bed. On top of stains on the bed and a big pee stain on the bed as well from when I stripped the bed before I leave out of respect and saw huge pee spots on the bed. The jacuzzi room is a waste of money the jets barely worked and the cool light it has barely worked as well. Plus a bad sewer smell when walking in by day two I wanted to leave and get another hotel but they refused to refund or give me any type of apology for the room or a reason for leaving or even an understanding of how bad the room is. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Especially if you already have health conditions like we do. I left this place in tears and will never return

We enjoyed a nice three day stay at the GreenTree Inn & Suites in Alhambra February 2020. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The lobby was tastefully decorated and they offered complimentary coffee and cold and hot tea. They also offered complimentary cookies and small mint candies. Our room was large with two queen size beds and was spotlessly clean. There was a flat screen television with cable service and over 100 channels including several HBO channels plus a nice refrigerator. There were two large wardrobe storage areas and an adequate sized bathroom. Our room had a small balcony that looked out on a busy street but it was quiet inside the room . The beds were Asian Style practically sitting directly on the floor which took some getting used too. Despite being very low the beds were comfortable. They furnished complimentary bottled water and snacks daily which was a pleasant surprise. The price of the room also included a complimentary breakfast each morning which is another nice extra. There was plenty of free onsite parking and the hotel location was wonderfully convenient to many local area attractions including the Huntington Library and Gardens, Descanso Gardens, the San Gabriel Mission and downtown Los Angeles plus numerous others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return here again.

I really like this hotel. They had a special and for a little bit more than $100 a night I got free warm breakfast, free parking, a pool, clean and spacious rooms (they have a switch in the room by the door that turns on a signal light outside of your room to tell housekeeping whether you need cleaning or privacy). Pretty neat. I really liked that feature. In a hallway near the lobby they have glass door refrigerators with different pint-size ice creams (Haagen-Dazs, Ben & Jerry and Talenti) and different beverages for a small price, also TV dinners in case you get hungry at night. The hotel is very nicely decorated. Gas station and a Walgreens nearby, also Costco and Target are not too far. They also have fast food places and other eating places nearby. Very conveniently located. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially when you arrive late at night, they help you to find parking. The parking lot can get full. All employees (from what I could see) are Asian, so it can be difficult to understand some of them. But all in all I really liked staying there and I liked the feel of the hotel.
