I bought a iPhone 12 to try to trade in, when as soon as I got the phone I went to the store to check my phone, the girl said the phone’s condition is qualified to trade in, then I went back home and just hold the phone until my new phone come in, when I got my new cellphone and went to this place again, a guy who said he is a manager who said that phone not qualified for trade in, I said: oh, your coworker checked it before, confirmed that one can be traded in, that’s why I bring it back now, can u give me some suggestions, because your coworker gave me wrong information, so may I have some suggestions? blabla… then the guy got so arrogant and jumpy when he heard responsibility related words, then his attitude became egregious: no, we have no responsibility at all, our employees never said it’s ok…that’s your own problems. Come on, you were not there, how did you dare say that… I said: I have my witness ( that day I came in with another girl friend together) or you can check your monitor. Him: Our monitor only have video but no voices, as long as nobody give you receipts or any evidence, that doesn’t count!!! Come on, what kind of manager u are, can’t believe someone can talked about sth bullshit like that as a manager. If an employee happened made a mistake( everyone can made a mistake, we are not god, especially that’s not sth seriously mistakes) why not just have the candid attitude to admit it, nothing a big deal, rather than just trying so hard to hide the mistakes and shifted the mistakes to other party. Around May 20th of this year, I went to the Att store which is located at 810 E Valley Blvd Space A, Alhambra, CA91801, I inquired about the bill and cancelled a number in my combo, a male receptionist named Ken Promised that my bill would still be the original price of $125 per month and gave me unlimited wireless on my combo plan. But my bill turned out to be $166.95 when I got the email in July, I went to that store again to ask about the bill, a receptionist simply checked my account on her Ipad and said maybe There was a lag on the bill and next month it will come back to my account about the overcharged amount, I trusted her. Then the bill was $174.46 when I got the email in August and I went to that store again and another female receptionist probably found something wrong and called their manager Albert Lee and he said Ken did something wrong Regarding my plan in May, he also promised that they would refund the extra deducted money for those two months to my next month's bill, the manager gave me his business card. Once again I chose to trust him because he is a manager. Finally I got the bill in early September and it was still $174.46!
