I stopped here because my aluminum tire valve caps had seized to my tire valves and I couldn’t remove them. Their manager “Chad” came outside to greet me and asked how they could help. I told him of my situation and that I couldn’t remove my caps. He said “yes, unfortunately that does happen” and proceeded to invite me into the store where he asked for my identification information. I wasn’t sure how much he was going to charge me as some other place had quoted me $75 to remove & replace three of my valves entirely. One of the caps was off too. Chad was “super friendly” and professional and we talked a lot about MI where he was from and where I went to college. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and shop and all the workers professionalism. He asked me for my keys and I said “wait a minute, how much will this cost?” He said “oh we do not charge anything to repair any tires!” “I said WHAT, no cost?” He said no none at all. “I said ok well then go ahead and replace my valves!”

I was super impressed with Chad, the manager, the store, and the guys in back that worked on my car! I will definitely be a customer for life! Thank you...

I stopped in about 45 minutes until close on a Saturday. I called first to tell them my situation before I bothered stopping. I had a flat tire that was trashed and needed replaced. The guy said no problem come on in. He came out to my car, checked all the tires, advised that I replace 2 of them, but recommended all 4 before winter. Also noticed my wipers were trash, which I had forgotten about. I got 2 new tires and new wipers put on. Seemed honest about the tires, read me what some of the reviews were and didn't try and push the most expensive tires on me or anything else for that matter. Both guys I dealt with were very professional and pleasant. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had ever dealing with a car repair shop. I've been to so many places for an oil change or something along those lines and got there an hour, 90 minutes before close, just to be treated like the world's biggest a*e for stopping. How dare I need an oil change when they are an hour away from clocking out! Not Discount Tires... they obviously value the customers. Not to mention I was out of there in 20 minutes!...

They consistently do a great job and go the extra mile without nickel and diming me. Places like this earn me as a loyal customer.

I've used this location twice within the past few months and both times were great.

First time they got me out of a jam when I had a punctured tire. I called ahead and they had a tire in stock and they even stayed a few minutes after hours to get it mounted.

Second time they mounted me up a set of new summer tires I ordered off their site for a good deal. I brought them a set of used wheels and tires I had just bought for my vehicle. They took the time to check the balance of the newly purchased used wheels to make sure there were no defects before mounting up and balancing the new tires. To top it all off they replaced 2 worn out lug nuts that were hard to get a socket on.. for free. My whole appointment only took 45 minutes.

Very happy with this Discount Tire location and I'll continue...
