Let me share with you an incredible experience I had with Chick-Fil-A Altoona that left this busy mom in awe. Picture this: my family and I were on a road trip back to NorthEast PA when I accidentally left my purse at their store. Talk about a moment of panic! However, I must commend the management at Chick-Fil-A Altoona for their extraordinary assistance and service.
As soon as I realized my mistake, I immediately called the store, and to my surprise, a kind employee assured me that my purse had been found, despite the fact that several hours had passed since I left it behind. The level of attentiveness and care displayed by the staff was truly remarkable, making it clear that exceptional service is their top priority.
But it doesn't stop there. The communication from Chick-Fil-A Altoona was outstanding. The employee provided me with the contact information for the general manager, Stephanie, who promptly responded to my late-night call and assured me that my purse was securely kept in her office. This level of responsiveness and willingness to address my concerns was truly impressive.
Now, here's where it gets even better. The next day, we discussed the best way to retrieve my purse, and the manager took it upon herself to personally drive to FedEx and ship it to my location. This act of going above and beyond was truly exceptional. Thanks to their diligence and determination, my purse was safely returned to me, relieving me of the stress and inconvenience of dealing with lost belongings.
As a mom who understands the hectic nature of daily life, I must say that Chick-Fil-A Altoona's exceptional service goes beyond what I've encountered in other restaurants or fast food chains. This extraordinary gesture not only saved me valuable time but also showed their genuine care and commitment to their customers. I am immensely grateful for their assistance.
Chick-Fil-A has always impressed me with their customer-centric approach and fair treatment of employees. This experience has solidified my appreciation for their values and dedication. When we have the opportunity to return, I fully intend to express my gratitude by presenting them with a dozen roses as a token of our appreciation. Stephanie from Chick-Fil-A Altoona, thank you for exemplifying exceptional service and reminding this busy mom that there are still businesses out there that genuinely care.

Read moreYes our food was great. Yes the sauces rock. Tonight I must say I didn't experience awesome service. I ordered on the site using carry out option. I arrived at the restaurant. It's always busy, and there was no sign for cars to park for carry out. The website said pull into carry out spot, and a member will be out with your order. I was funneled into the drive thru line. I told the girl I was a pick up. She informed me I had to go in and pick it up! I again wait to get to window where i'm asked if I ordered anything. I again explain I didn't see anywhere to park and had no idea the lobby was open. I parked in the employee of the month spot to march in and grab my bag which was approx 15 feet from the drive thru window! Why not turn and grab it for me? Why is the website saying to pull into a spot and employee will be out with my food? There's no marked spots and there's no indication the lobby is open online or...
