Update for the last time in 2025: This place is a joke. This location specifically does not have food or drink available to purchase. The last time we were here we waited almost an hour for some pizza that ended up coming from a different restaurant. We found it bizarre so I thought today I'd be able to take in a cake for my son's birthday but they said the only way that's possible is if we pay $300 for some stupid package. Why is it that you have to pay them $300 just to bring a cake in? I don't have 10 other children that are coming into the building, it's just a few family members wanting to let my son jump. They were not there to jump they were just going to be there to enjoy spending time with my son. We will most likely not come back especially if it's this expensive just to enjoy an hour or two at this location. Don't recommend anymore.
Update in 2024 (previous rating was from 2022) Prices were raised since previous rating. There is really no food option here, besides perhaps the snacks behind the counter. We ordered a pizza for 17 bucks, and apparently it's being brought from another location. Probably Papa Johns or other chain food place. It's been over 30 minutes and apparently the manager has to drive to receive it. So we probably will be waiting another 15-20 for it. Really odd concept. I've lowered my rating from 4 to 2 stars. It's pretty neat here. 13+ bucks for me and my 3 year old to jump for an hour. Not bad considering other places charge more.
The arcade is a little steep though. 20 bucks gets you 88 credits. Each game or attraction is is 4-10 credits. So 20 bucks gives you not a lot of room to play long. But at the end, they gave my son a few free tickets because he only managed to win about 42. That was nice of them. We won a few pieces of candy and a couple army men. Makes for a nice place for kids. I may come back. Hopefully it's as quiet next time as today. I'm not really fond of crazy...
Read moreHorrible. Just lame, not worth the money and DIRTY. Most of the time not all attractions are open. You have to go and ask to have an attendant open the bull riding, walking sticks and foam jumping pit; and the employees just give you attitude. We had come the previous weekend for my niece's party and had a not so great experience then. We had hoped the condition of the place MIGHT improve and the only reason we came back as a family is because my sister had already booked. This place desperately needs to be surveyed by the health department. The water bottle refill station is covered in various molds. When my mother asked if someone could clean it last week the response she got was "that's the best we can do and you should have seen it before. " OUTRAGEOUS. The only diaper changing station is out in a PUBLIC area. With no sink immediately available next to it. So parents have to expose their babies to everyone's sight and then carry them into the restroom with dirty hands just to be able to wash up. Granted I do not have a child in diapers but if I did that would be extremely concerning to me. Also when you have to sign the waiver at the front they want a number and email adress. If you do not provide them with this information the employees will deny your child the chance to play until you go and repeat the form. I gave them a bogus number and they called me out on it, made me go back to the front and fill out the form again. When i asked to speak to a manager I was made to wait ten minutes to speak to a girl who looked like she wasnt even eighteen. She had no reasons or explanation for me for why they would not accept my form. And she refused to give her name. The employees in the check in counter didnt even know the supervisors name. We will never return to this location. They do not deserve anyone else's business either. I would give no stars if I could...
Read moreBirthday party disaster We booked a party months in advance. We picked two booths (paid for 2 full parties). In the weeks prior we attempted to iron out details. Numerous phone calls and visits led to nothing. They were always too busy. A few days before I finally got in touch with someone. She quite literally yelled at me when I said that our socks were included as per our conversation at booking. Then she hung up the phone on me! We got there and we had the wrong two booths. There was no changing it. We had to quite literally beg to get the socks while our guests waited in long lines. Then, the zip line course that we booked was broken but they said they would fix it. As they are fixing it, an assistant manager comes up to me and says âwe are trying to fix it but I have to be honest⌠I canât guarantee that it will be safe.â Who in their right mind is going to swing children 20 feet up in the air when itâs not safe?! Part of the park was closed. The intercom system wasnât working so they couldnât call for our guests to come back to the table. The party hostess was hands down the WORST PERSON EVER FOR THE JOB! She was quite literally miserable, missing the majority of the time and flat out useless. I had to hand everything out with my guests help. We had to literally beg for the included waters. Oh and they forgot two of our pizzas. They said they would order them which was fine before the kids started eating. Once the party was over and the extra pizzas never showed I told the miserable waitress not to bother since everyone was leaving. She pretty much said âtoo bad we already ordered them.â We also should have had two hosts since we booked 2 parties. The manager did remove the extra pizza charge but my goodness. What a horrible experience. New management is horrific....
