If i could give them 0 start I would. So I called on a Wednesday morning to have flowers sent for a birthday on Friday. Could have done next day delivery but didn’t want to make anyone rush. The ordering process went fine. Then at 1pm on Friday I get a call from them saying the exact bouquet I had picked out wasn’t available. So I said ok just sent something as similar as possible. At which time they said well due to high demand they wouldn’t be able to get them out that date. So they said they would give me a 20 coupon to use at a later date. I didn’t need a coupon to use later on I wanted what I paid for and what they agreed to. I finally told them to just cancel the order and refund the money. And they said how about a 20 coupon to be used later and 20 bucks off my next order. Fully knowing I would never again I said no refund. Then they countered with 20 coupon to be used later and 50 bucks off the next order. And once again I said I just want a refund and to speak to a manger or someone. So they said someone would have to call back. Which they did and said they were going to send some nice bouquet the next day free of charge. Well needless to say they never arrived. So just do yourself a favor and if your sending flowers far away look up a local florist in the area and use them. It might cost a little more but will be well worth it. And all 1800 flowers is, is a third party in this whole thing. You never get to talk with the florist. And when calling customer support which I had to many times during this ordeal you will get someone from a far away country who speaks broken English as best. So do yourself a favor and don’t use 1800 flowers ever!!!! And this does not involve the 1800 flowers Allen. I’m not sure if they are affiliated with the 1800 group or not. Read moreWow, incredibly disappointed. While initially my experience with the customer service was great with Andrea, it unfortunately did not end the same. I called to order with this establishment directly so I could pick the flowers up prior to a lunch engagement with the recipient of the bouquet. I was in a hurry but the flowers were NOTHING LIKE I WHAT I ORDERED! I got cheap fluff of flowers that I unfortunately paid $70 for. I don't mind spending money but I decided to not take the online discount promotion so I could order directly with this location. I was in such a rush I didn't have much time to compare the flowers. After returning home from driving most the day I decided to compare the photos. My goodness what a difference. The flowers thrown in my bouquet were mostly pink, not even lavender. I asked if she could throw in a hydrangea to make it look some what perked up. What I ended up with was a $30 cheap looking sad bouquet. I was better off picking up something from Krogers floral section. When I called she did offer a refund but I live in Caddo Mills, the recipient lives in Wylie, and the shop is in Allen. Close to an hour drive. The store closes at 6, it was already almost 5. I am just very upset with the entire ordeal. She ended our conversation by telling me I never have to shop with them again, then hung up on me....... I have ordered from this company several times at the Allen location and not had any issues, but let me tell you this is just ridiculous. Not only did I never get my flowers even after making 5 phones calls I am having 2 argue with 2 managers on getting my money back for something that was never even delivered. I supposedly had a new driver that FINALLY called me herself and said "oh I am actually your neighbor I will just bring them to you when I am on my way home" are you kidding me???The night manager (her name starts with an A) promised me she would work on this first thing this morning (Monday) and would call me by noon. I just called at 1:15pm spoke to Rachel the other manager to find out the night manager I was dealing with the day I was trying to have flowers does not even work Monday's nor Tuesdays so it's all a lie I am getting from every direction.
