I went inside the game stop on the date above to purchase a few video games for my children, my wife who has an auto immune disorder sarcoidosis.

I got down I purchased a video games I gave our power ups telephone number and the gentleman that has a lot of tattoos. I’m looking at my receipt. His name is. Ty

Stated that he cannot allow me to use the five dollar off because the account is in my wife’s name and my wife has to be in the store never, and all of the game stops that we go to all over have we ever had an issue like this situation, so I said OK

I called my wife who cannot be out in the heat she walked in the store, and I said OK to Mr. Ty here’s my wife he looked at us and said I need to see 2 Froms of ID!!! I was like really man do you honestly think that we would do such a thing a phone number I showed you my ID I have the same last name as my wife

He made my wife walk back all the way to the car to get her I told Mr. Ty what else would you like our dental records would you like our Social Security to.

The moral of the story is, we have never been treated with such disrespect. It was very embarrassing. There was people waiting in line. And he could’ve handled this situation better He made it look like we were using someone else’s account to steal five dollars. You are ridiculous, sir. It’s people like you that make businesses close.

We was treated very disrespectfully, and it was very wrong the way he treated us. I’m going to write a message about this to corporate as well

When the refurbished ps4 we'd ordered from Gamestop's website for my 9yo's christmas present stopped working 2 hours after he got it, I went to the Alliance store the day after xmas to see if there was anything they could do. Though very busy, the manager and young man working that day were awesome and went over and beyond trying to find a replacement system. They didn't have anything in stock, but found one system at the Kent store. They also told me a gentleman had called earlier wanting to trade in his ps4 slim, so they took my number in case he came in with it. My grandson and I were halfway to Kent when I got the call that the man had brought in his ps4 slim, it had tested fine, and they would hold it for me. We turned around and headed straight to the Alliance store. We've had the ps4 slim for two days and it works great! Best part, my grandson only had to wait a day instead of weeks for his replacement xmas gift. Thank you, thank you to the guys who helped save christmas for my 9yo....

Went to Walmart to grab wireless Xbox controller, they raised the price so i decided to check GameStop for a pre-owned one. Before I left walmart; I called to see if they even had anything in inventory and no one answered the phone. I checked the prices online instead and they say $43.99- so i left Walmart and drove down there. When I got there they had their pre-owned controllers marked for the same exact price as the brand new ones they have at... walmart. So I turn around and drive all the way back to Walmart.
