I ordered the Charleston Couch and Loveseat on 5/31/21. I was told my furniture would be in on 7/31/21. I called at least three times to check on the status of my furniture and was told the exact same thing. The truck broke down and they aren’t sure when the furniture will be delivered. I was told they are expecting a shipment of the Charleston furniture tomorrow and Wednesday. The manager called me back and said only 1 set will be delivered and it belongs to someone else. The manager said it will be the end of August and Then I received a new shipment date of 8/31/21 in my email. The manager doesn’t have a clue if the furniture will really be delivered on that date. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when they tell you your furniture will be delivered in 8 weeks. They have no idea when your furniture will be in. Made a purchase online got notification later that night it was ready for pickup. Went next morning to pick up order and 1 item was canceled. Wanted to add a different item in stock and was told I could. Girl canceled my entire order to add the other item and then I got no discounts and tells me since I am purchasing in store I don't get the discounts. I didn't want her to cancel my order I wanted her to add a recliner they had in stock in place of the one they canceled. By the way I wasn't notified of the cancelation until I was there to pickup my order. She was very rude, rolling her eyes, smart remarks, and huffing. It has been a long time since we visited this store. It had become dirty, smelly, and poor quality in merchandise and service. Wow, what a difference! We went in to get a children's recliner. Within minutes of some confusion of where to go, an associate approached us and was so helpful. We got the recliner and a shelf and were so satisfied with product selections and service that we are going back for a TV stand and some other things. The recliner is the perfect size and our granddaughter loves it. This store is convenient and has made a big change to what they were and what staff they had working were amazing. Definitely worth...
