I’m a local business owner in the area and have also worked in retail, so I understand what’s tolerable and what’s not when it comes to customer service. My recent experience at this store with an employee named Mario was unacceptable.
I came in to exchange an item but couldn’t find my receipt at first. Mario was rude and dismissive, immediately treating me like I had stolen the item simply because I mentioned I purchased it from the Milton location. Despite explaining that I planned to check my car for the receipt, he continued being unnecessarily nasty, insisting I couldn’t exchange it and suggesting I go back to Milton.
When I found my receipt and returned to the store, his attitude didn’t improve. Instead of offering any kind of apology or professionalism, he told me to “call corporate” like he couldn’t care less.
This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially toward loyal customers who go out of their way to support local businesses. Retail workers should never make customers feel profiled or unwelcome, regardless of the situation.
I hope management addresses this issue with Mario and reinforces the importance of respect and professionalism in customer...

-The employees did seem super depressed.. That bothered me. I felt like I needed to call a hotline and not leave them unattended. That's how sad they seemed. I'm not telling anyone to jump up and down and sing for me or even to smile. But ... I just hope everything is ok at home .. anyway....
