What started out as a very aggravating experience due to miscommunication over the phone....and a 40min drive.Turned into a better overall experience. To my surprise....rather than be dismissive to me or combative the Mgr made it right. Didn't expect it , to be honest so I was very pleased. In Atlanta so many places are dropping the ball with Customer service, and I think this manager and 2 associates definitely made up for the issue at this store. We went to the Xfinity store here and were very impressed, getting much better, genuine customer service than ever expected.

I entered late in the day, probably about 3:00 pm, were greeted by a host who told me my wait showed to be between 12 & 15 minutes. As full as the store was I doubted his estimate was accurate. Because there were so many TV's, the wait was pleasant, and the first lady I spoke with (Bola) assured me they would take care of my issues. Time will tell if they will be successful in doing...
