The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Alpharetta

Wow! This is the best HBH I have even been to! The food was excellent (it's HBH so that's kind of a given!) but the customer service was phenomenal. Greeted upon entering, assisted with ordering as needed, informed of specials, served promptly with order being perfectly accurate, checked on while dining in, etc.

The manager(?) was especially awesome. She was professional, polite and radiated calm positivity (no loud fake happiness nonsense). She adjusted to each customer - from in-a-rush business lunchers to an indecisive elderly woman to a slightly rude/curt older man - based on their needs. Finally, she made time to sit down and discuss catering opportunities with a family who was also audibly impressed with the place. I had to tell her what a lovely store she had on my way out!

I left happy in tummy, wallet and spirit. Pretty refreshing for just grabbing lunch...

Worst customer service. Felt very unwelcomed before I even started to order. I asked for the 1/2 sandwich and soup combo. They didn't ask which soup I wanted they just gave me one and then gave me attitude when I said I wanted the other soup even though I was never asked. They said they were out of mustard even though there were packets sitting out in their condiments section. The two women that were working there today should not be in customer service. I left and did not take or pay for the food they made it was that bad. Had to go to Jason's Deli afterwards to...

Helen orders food here once in a while. The customer services are very good. Helen is welcomed and things are handled in the ways they are supposed to be. Food is good. My kids love them. I will come back.
