I Totally DO NOT recommend this place, what a terrible customer service. (-5 stars that's what they deserve) . Yesterday, I went there and explained that my acrylic nails needed to be filled. Instead, the technician started removing my old nails ( I was hoping that if she was going to do a new set, she was not going to charge me for it because that was not what I requested). Now, they worst part of that is that she left me there, soaking my nails until they completely melt and my fingers started wrinkled up with a kind of super glue feeling on my skin! All because her regular customer walked in, who according to her, she had an appointment. Well I didn’t have one but I anticipated that when I walked in, yet they took me and they didn’t say anything about expecting someone at certain time. I could have waited or go back the next day or go somewhere else. But this rude lady while working on me, immediately grabbed her little equipment box saying “Sory she had appointment” and walked to the footbath chairs to attend her “scheduled customer”. At the moment I said ok, I guess she is a multitask and she will be coming back in between, no biggie, my nails are soaking anyway. But after a looong time my fingerprints started feeling weird, super dry, my acrylics were totally dissolved, so I got them out of the solution, and kept turning around and see if she would say something like, “hang on I’ll be there with you in a moment”. I kept turning around and see If any other technician would acknowledge me or say something. I cleared my voice little loud, may be they will hear me but they just kept minding their business, I said “excuse me”( you all think I am stupid for not say anything else but I am not a person that likes to confront or make a scene), so after being patient 5 more minutes. Yes, at that point, I was extremely upset for such a horrible customer service, so instead of cursing them out, I got up and walked away. You would think someone would say something when I was walking to towards the door right? (Nope, of course they didn’t). I had to drive around and find another salon that could fixed my ruined fingernails. The V Nails & Spa (at 5670 Atlanta Hwy. My first visit to this nail salon was a few days ago, and the salon was not busy at all. Wanted to give them a try, since they're so close to home. My daughter wanted a pedicure, and I wanted a mani/pedi. A regular pedicure is $25.00, and my mani/pedi was $28. The minute they started working on our feet they started with the questions "wouldn't you prefer gel nail polish?" My response was "no thank you"! "Oh, but it will last you through the New Year!" My response for the second time was "no thank you". Then they asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed. I'm pretty sure when I came in that all I asked for was a mani/pedi. If I had wanted anything else done, I would have said so when I first walked in. When they saw that they were getting nowhere with me, they started on my daughter. Asking her if she wanted a special design for her toes, which she quickly responded with a resounding NO!!! They talk amongst themselves when working, and laugh during their conversation in their own language. I find that extremely offensive, and unprofessional. Their work was subpar, never asking if I wanted my toe nails cut. Never asking if I wanted my nails rounded or square. But they certainly ask about other products or procedures, so they can charge you extra. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone!!! Go...

I just went here for the first time today! The girl who did my pedi was great! But the lady who did my nails was horrible! I literally before my nails got painted. I got a refill and had my nails cut down. The right side was longer than the left, my nails were filed in a slant instead of straight, she cut me twice, but the worst part of my experience is the pain that I'm currently in! I should not walk out of a nail salon with a injury to my body!!! My shoulder down to my fingers hurt! The lady kept twisting my fingers in way they shouldn't twist, she kept pulling my arm and would shove it away when she was done, snatch my hand up when she switched to the left one, and was just flinging my hand around when she was filing my nails! I'm literally sitting here right now filing my own nails to the same shape and size, then I still need to paint them!! My worst experience in the 5 years of living in Alpharetta and getting my nails done here!!! The only thing they were willing to do was take $5 off because the lady put whatever acrylic she wanted on my nails & didn't ask what I wanted!
