Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Alpharetta

The 5 star service is ONLY BC OF TWO EMPLOYEES WHITNEY AND JAMIE! They went above and beyond! The manager Derrick is absolutely AWFUL!!!! Our party was booked at 10 am, (only time they had open) I have never been to any of these let alone booked a party there! WONT DO IT AGAIN. I did not know outside food could be brought in as no one contacted me prior! So once I realized it I ordered a cake from Them, (should have just went and got one elsewhere). We ordered pizza at 10:53 bc ppl in our party was hungry. So we ordered the #5 deal. Two large pizza with a cookie cake I guess how to say it.. we was asked which cookie cake we wanted )chocolate chip Or slime) we chose slime bc of course the kids.. when ordered was brought to us LOL, we got the cake wayyyy before anything else. At 11:45 ONE pizza came out, and a chocolate cookie. Once I realized it I said hey this isn’t right Mr wanna be manager comes over and says oh that was a promotion for Halloween, I said ok if that’s true why was i asked which I wanted, I mean you was standing right there beside her when she asked me.. Mr Derrick gives an excuse of “I didn’t hear her” okay fine. (I went to the kitchen window on three different occasions only to be told it will be a few mins , they are workin on it) so, the party was only till 12, one pizza was brought out at 11:45 the other never made it out to us! I find Whitney bc we loved her and she said oh no you didn’t get it did you? I said no mam, she said i noticed that.. let me go talk to the manager. He proceeded to tell her “they can wait, I’m busy” he comes out about ten mins later and wanted to question me as if it was a lie!! EXCUSE ME WE PAID GOOD MONEY TO HAVE A PARTY HERE THE FOOD WAS EXTRA NOT INCLUDED INTO THE CHOSEN BDAY PACKAGE WE GOT! So, don’t come out here and argue with me when you see we didn’t get it! Now , he gave us a pizza bc even he noticed we had been waitin a long time! So if you know this, acknowledged the “long wait” why would you question when I tell You we never received something that was paid for???? So I learned NOT to have a party here on the first time ever! But I will shout out WHITNEY WHO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! She is amazing and one hella good BDAY HOST! She knows her stuff, and does great with the littlest! And Jamie she was sooo sweet and even knew it wasn’t a great time!

Overall, the bday baby and his friends had a great time!

Whitney is phenomenal she is a great access to this location, and Jamie too!

Personally, I could not and would NOT work for someone like MR Derrick, ain’t no way.. he needs way more training or even a different career field! Bc being with the public and interacting with them is NOT FOR HIM! If he does paying customers this way I would HATE TO BE HIS...

Horrible! from start to finish. We actually ordered a salad bar, pizza (half cheese and half with Canadian Bacon and Pineapple), and 2 drinks. After paying they gave us our 2 cups and 2 plates. We sat down and one of went up to get a salad…the lady behind the counter said to us…wrong plate. That was the one they gave us. sat down with our salad and no forks….had to go back and get one. so ok, we ate the salad….then pizza showed up. The entire thing had pineapple and bacon bits….What is that? Bacon bits are the new Canadian Bacon? We asked for half cheese we said…they left and returned with a small cheese….I guess that was the only good thing….a few extra pieces of free pizza….wasn't that good anyway. After having some pizza the kids ran off to play some games…more then half the games didn't even dispense the tickets….isn't that what kids actually like? The felling of winning something. To see my kids face after playing a game and getting no tickets even after a good score….I wanted to leave right there. However, I bit my lip and said well, lets try another game. Like I said, only half the games gave tickets…about 5 games didn't even work. Thankfully, my kids are almost at the age where I will NEVER have to go back there….I would not recommend this place to even my enemies. Something needs to be done with this place.

Oh one last thing….There was food all over the floor. I seen at least 10 different people working there and not one of them could pick the half eaten pizza...

I just had my daughter's birthday party here at this location today, this was my 1st time having a party here and definitely the last. I must say the place is clean, but never again. I felt so bad for my party host. She was a very sweet young lady but it seemed as if she was being overworked. She was all over the place doing multiple things. I was a bit shocked that when it was time for Chuck E Cheese to come out, they made it seem as if he was coming to the party area 1st and he spent all his time in the play area, so we had to wait 10 more mins for him to come to the party area.

In my package deal, I had a pinata for my daughter. But instead of my daughter being able to pull the pinata open herself, another little girl from another party came and pulled it open. And then she stayed there along with her friend to proceed to take all the tickets and candy from the children in my party. Those little girls we're clearly not apart of my party. The party host should have kindly escorted them back to their party.

Once it was time to turn my daughter's tickets in for prizes, the hispanic young lady was just standing there texting on her phone smiling and didn't even acknowledge me, I had to ask her was she working the counter space. And then she replied with yes what do you want. How rude can you be?

Last but not least, I left the party just to come home and find out one of my daughters gifts from my mother is missing. Never again at...
