I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding his repeated acts of rudeness and unprofessional conduct towards me as a customer.
Today, during my visit to the store, I approached Josh G to inquire about the whereabouts of a package. To my surprise and dismay, he responded with blatant disregard for my concerns, stating that I should find another postal service. It became evident that his negative attitude towards me stemmed from a previous interaction where I mentioned my intention to report his behavior to corporate. In response, he callously remarked, "What are you going to do, write a bad Google review?" when I declined his suggestion and reiterated my intention to contact corporate. This remark clearly indicates that he believes there will be no consequences for his actions.
I was deeply upset by this incident, which caused me to feel belittled and demeaned. Josh G's behavior was not only unprofessional but also constituted a form of emotional harassment, as he maintained an intimidating stance throughout the interaction. Despite being a paying customer, I was met with constant yelling and a complete disregard for basic customer service norms. Fellow customers and employees expressed their concern for my well-being, as the incident unfolded in front of them.
I strongly believe that this incident demands immediate action. I request a thorough investigation into Josh G's conduct, as well as measures to address the issues and ensure a respectful and professional environment for all customers. It is my expectation that your company takes this matter seriously, as no customer should be subjected to such mistreatment.
I would like to bring to your attention that I have taken the decision to share my experience by posting a detailed account of this incident on various review platforms, including Google. Furthermore, I will be forwarding a copy of this letter directly to corporate to ensure that my concerns are adequately addressed.    Read moreWorst experience in this Staples store #0560. Went to buy a laptop with Staples credit card that I opened 1 day back. As per commercial store credit card policy like Kohls, Staples etc. if u open credit card in store & want to use the card till u get ur physical card, the card number that u got during opening & photo I'd is req to process payment. In this store the sales representative in Tech & Mobility name Sunil, talking about policy & harassing me for almost 2 hours even when the Staples manager of Market Place Blvd where I opened the card called the representative Sunil twice with all the information require to process payment. This representative bluffed me & the manager of the previous store for hours & told me that Citi bank is not willing to process payment because he talked to them. When I requested this representative to give me the Citi bank number & called the credit card dept. they told me that the payment CAN be processed without card after my verification which is completed within 5 mins. The Citi bank representative then walk through the representative how to process the payment without physical card which took just 10-15 mins because the representative DO NOT know the process of processing payment without card & to cover that up was not willing to help me & instead giving me advice of policy & loss & prevention. Staples is a big company but need to make sure the quality of representative & other process in helping the customers rather than harassing them uniformly, where the quality of representative including the manager in Market place Blvd. IS TOO GOOD & HELPFUL while the representative in Tech & Mobility in Alpharetta...
   Read more1-star rating for my visit to the Alpharetta Staples on North Point Pkwy today. In the past, that has not been the case. I have actually bragged about one of the guys who works at the store and how awesome he is. Here is what happened today.
Neither of the self service printers were working properly. The associate finally came over and reset both of them, after I asked about the printer not moving forward with my print job. She said it could take up to 15 minutes. When asked if we could have them just print our documents for us, they advised that they would not be ready until sometime tomorrow. In my opinion, the right answer is. There are jobs in front of you, but since you are here in person and neither or our printers are working, we can do that for each of you. No problem. Unfortunately, that did not happen and the store manager seemed to look away every time one of us made eye contact. I left after 25 minutes of waiting. The other people all left before me. (I really wanted to print my stuff.) I will go to Fedex Kinkos tomorrow.
