I bought a memory foam pillow at this store. I was hesitant to purchase it, as I couldn't decide if I liked it when I tried it out in the store. The saleswoman said that there was a 30 day return policy if I didn't like it.

I tried it out for a few weeks, but found I woke up more during the night wrestling with the pillow, so I decided to return it. My son took it back and was told that there was a one time return policy, meaning that he had to purchase something in exchange. He purchased a pillow cover that was 30% off for $12.00 - the cheapest item in the store.

This store policy just cost them a sleep number bed sale! While I was there for the pillow, I tried out a bed since I need to replace my mattress. I was considering a tempurpedic mattress, but found that I loved the sleep number mattress better. NOW that I was told a 1/2 truth about the return policy, and FORCED to purchase something in exchange, I WILL NOT GIVE THIS STORE MY MATTRESS BUSINESS. They got a $12.00 sale, but lost a large mattress sale in the process! I am surprised that the owner/manager thinks this is a good policy.

My wife and I have been sleeping restfully in Sleep Number beds for many years. Recently, we purchased an upgrade and have been largely satisfied with it. However, when the new bed was installed, the installers failed to set-up the internet connection so I could not use my phone app to adjust the bed, I had to use the remote, which is slower and less convenient. After a short period of time, when adjusting my side of the bed for watching TV, the mattress came loose from the base. This doesn't keep me from using it as once I get in the bed the mattress rests back into the base. After some time, my wife contacted Sleep Number to have them come back and connect the bed to our wi-fi and reconnect the mattress to the base. This cost almost $200! The technician/installer connected to the wi-fi but was unable to reconnect the bed to the base. He explained that the bed was initially installed incorrectly and that damage caused by this incorrect installation requires replacement of foam and mattress cover. He instructed my wife to contact Sleep Number and they would take care of ordering and installing these new items. When my wife contacted Sleep Number they offered to sell us the required parts for a discounted sum of $800 and refused to provide and replace these parts without payment from us, even though it was their incorrect installation which caused the damage. A mattress is a huge investment and no doubt a purchase that you get excited for. That’s what my family and me were when we bought two SleepNumbers from this store two weeks ago. I wish I could be reviewing a mattress instead of the way this place makes me feel right now. First, the mattresses were supposed to come the next Friday and after waiting all day, we were finally told at 8 p.m. that they wouldn’t be showing up until the next Friday. At 9 this morning, we receive a call from an 1800 number saying that our mattresses weren’t on the dock and we would have to now wait another TWO weeks. A month wait for something that was supposed to take one week and all customer service can say is ‘so sorry,’ meanwhile our purchase still remains its extremely high price and no extras thrown in at no expense. Sure, the employees at this shop are nice and knowledgeable but what difference does that make when it’s for a mattress you’re never going to receive. Would love to amend this review but have a feeling that’s never going to happen with how little this company cares about people who pay so much for their product.
