POOR QUAILITY AND HORRENDOUS SERVICE
I guess I could’ve save myself some hassle and disappointment if I had read reviews before trying this location. I’m such a huge fan of Smoothie King. Recently while my mother was in the hospital for 15 days I got daily warrior smoothies for my brother and myself at a different location every single day to make sure we got some nutrition.
My daily warrior ordered today from the crabapple location was as others describe water down, week and no flavor. I grabbed it on the way to work for breakfast and was very disappointed and frustrated and when you spend eight dollars on a smoothie you’d like to actually enjoy it. So on my lunch break decided to swing back by thinking that it was a mistake and they would make it right however the girl working the counter claiming to be the manager just sneered at me and asked why did I drink it? Seriously? I let her know I had nothing else to eat so I was forced to drink it but she just looked at me with a smirk on her face. I was so shocked to be treated this way especially given the amount of money I have spent at Smoothie King over the last several years.
To make matters worse I was informed that there was no way to contact the owner and when I asked for the phone number of the store so I could contact the owner I was told that they did not have a business phone. And was just so amazed how rude, belligerent and unhelpful the so-called manager was to a customer and very disappointed in the poor quality. And the most disappointing is this location is on my way to work and thought it would be my go to for breakfast, I will have to go out of my way to find a different location or simply make a different...
Read moreWhile I don’t mind the watered down smoothies, I did not like the customer service today. I understand they typically hire teenagers (we’ve gone quite a bit), but today was especially rude. When my daughter and I walked in, both ladies did not say a word, nor did they immediately serve us:( one reluctantly came to the register while still texting and when she finally put down her phone, still said nothing. I had to say something to her. After repeating twice that I wanted a small, she asked what size I wanted and still gave me a medium!! Again, totally understand hiring teens (that part is awesome), but still hold them to high standards. Put the phone down when customers enter and acknowledge customers when they come in. Read moreYoung lady, working there at the store had no clue about what to do about Anything. I had a friend pick up an order. The order was incomplete as the Employee didn’t verify. The order was complete when she gave it to my friend ,I asked them over the phone if they could refund back the part of the order that we did not receive obecause we were not able to go back and pick it up due to lunchtime restriction, she said she wasn’t able to do that. Asked to speak to a manager. She says manager wasn’t available and she can’t give out the phone number then she proceeded to say unfortunately, there’s nothing she could do. horrible training and part of the employee and horrible customer service I will never shop...
