This place is below average at best:overpriced,dry meats,(sit in freezer to long),sausages are loaded with so many preservatives it takes 45 minutes to cook.(Johnsonville are better).Chicken is more leather like than fresh meat and this is before cooking.
I'm not a local so I've actually experienced good,small town butchers.Whereas the overly enthusiastic town folks probably have never been further than Weed or Bend and explains why they drool all over this establishment

I watched a customer come in who was obviously struggling with addiction while I was being helped by Jordan behind the counter. Jordan politely paused our interaction, and then, in a way that maintained the man's dignity, helped him get what he needed and then returned to get me checked out. They have a variety of meats in their cases, from standard cuts to marinate meats and homemade sausages too. I find their prices reasonable for the quality they provide and if you compare them to some of the general grocery stores, you may find them somewhat competitive to the others.
