I went to activate a new phone because the store had messed up setting up my account in Altus. They had been closing at 8PM I got there at 603 there was customer in the store and they put a sign up on door and said they were closing at 6 pm and had doors locked and would not take time to ask me what wrong. I was getting into my vehicle when they unlocked the door to let the other customer out. They were 4 emplyees standing there looking at me and would not open door to try and help me fix the phone. Read moreI went in with a very expensive phone with earbud issues. Madi helped me right away trying everything from the start. Thankfully, it turned out to be an earbud issue and not a phone issue! The staff there is very nice and knowledgeable. A huge improvement over the store that used to be here. If you're a TMO customer then I recommend going in the store instead of calling customer service. If you're not a TMO customer then I recommend you consider switching.
