I had a drive thru order shorted for the umpteenth time and I went in person to get a refund for the missing item. Tried to call store twice, no answer, prior to going to store. Upon entering I asked to see Manager (blond) and she was at drive thru window and said she was too busy. So, I lost it and told her she is never too busy to take care of customers. Another Member came to counter to refund my missing item. I gently reached out touched her forearm and apologized to her that I was not angry with her, but it is ridiculous that the drive through can rarely get their orders right. This member identified herself as a Manager (brunette) too, ending comping the entire order. I told her that is not what I wanted, she said it was for my trouble and that manager (blond) never should have said she was too busy to take my complaint and do my refund. I ended having the cops called and received a citation to never come back on Taco Bell property. The cops were laughing in the end because it was ridiculous. This was not my post (but is was my Mom's) she received a trespassing citation, no longer allowed on Taco Bell property. My 65 yo Mom is just tired of people not doing their job and paying for items not received. She was irate and let them know and Manager didn't like that my Mom called her out for doing a poor job of not making sure all items were in the bag, she passed through the window and then wanted to pass off her responsibilities of taking the complaint and refunding for the missing item to another employee. I ordered in the kiosk, but the flagged a crew member down to ask them to not cut my Mexican pizza sans cheese to avoid cross contamination as I have a severe dairy allergy. He had to ask me three times to repeat myself because he would forget by the time he got to the cook. He finally repeated all directions I had stated, why no cheese, and why not to cut. Then he gave me like seven free drinks even though it was just me and my four kids. There were no high chairs so I had to hold my infant while trying to eat. Inspected my non cut pizza and it appeared fine. Halfway in I spot cheese. I take off the top layer and you could see they had accidentally put cheese on it, tried to take it off and cover it meat. By this point I'm starving, and beyond tired of trying to deal with an infant and trying to eat a pizza with one hand. The staff was too busy being high to be able to assist me. I'm so disappointed and now am having to deal with an allergic reaction to a severe dairy...
Read moreThe order process was fine it’s when I actually got my food handed to me where the problems started I paid for the cantina box a number 2 which is 3 soft subprime tacos I got one regular and one crunchy I thought I had all three but when I got home I realized I didn’t on top of that I also ordered a chicken quesadilla for my child and I told them that I needed my quesadilla and they had the nerve to tell me that I was in the bag I was actively looking in I told them that I wasn’t and they still wanted to argue and the when food press went off and they pulled out the missing quesadilla i didn’t even get an apology I don’t know what’s going on but this is not the Taco Bell that I am used to I shouldn’t have to argue to get a portion of what I paid for and until someone does something about it I doubt I will come back to this particular...
