I will start by saying that Bryan is a super nice guy and he worked to resolve my issues. I hired Bryan to install leather seat covers (Katskins) that I had purchased. He scheduled me for an appointment, then told me he was too busy when I arrived. I returned in a week or so later and he kept my truck for 3 days. When I picked it up, I found a scratched console, head rest cover installed backwards, and a cut on the new leather. He ordered the replacement parts and I returned to have them put on. Bryan fixed the problems and everything was good until I noticed a door ding that was to the metal and was not there before dropping it off. I appreciate Bryan's desire to make things right, but my experience was less than stellar.

Update: Bryan contacted me after my review and wanted to make things right. I told him that I had bought touch up paint and he agreed to reimburse me for the paint or let me take my truck to a body shop to repair the door ding. I added one star to my review because Bryan is trying to...

Bryan and crew are always great! They’ve done stereos and lights for us. My company's trucks have strobes and one truck’s quit working three years after they were installed.

I took it in and had it back a few hours later—no charge, to my surprise. Bryan explained that something had come loose. I told him that three years removed is not warranty work. He said…”If we had gotten that tight enough in the first place it wouldn’t have come loose, so to me, it’s warranty work.”

We just bought a new truck and taking it to him for lights. He’s busy! We have to wait a few weeks....

I went to service a family member vehicle and the owner refused to service any family member of mine or anyone with same Hispanic last name because he said someone with the same last name left him a bad review and he demanded it taken down or he would refuse to do business with anyone with the same last name even though the person he accuses of leaving a bad review has no affiliation with the vehicle I brought in. I didn't know what he was talking about but he kept trying to argue with me. This is discrimination. He said his name is Bryan and is the owner of 806 Autoworks...
