Taco Villa — Restaurant in Amarillo

Normally great when a few people are there in the early shift or evening. I stopped going for a while because staff changed and quality. Went back last week great. Went tonight, cold hard fries, uncooked meat. Called and asked for a manager and iust mentioned the fries and short distance home. The manager, “what do you want me to do!?” Before hanging up the phone , “she said....loudly” . Why not actually address the issue instead of hollering about the customer. However, I went every day this week for breakfast just for bacon and the service was great!” So, spending about $40 this week alone and one call about cold, hard food they are irritates! I'm giving this place 1 star but if I could I'd give 0 because I had my husband go to get food for us after we had a long night of travel and because they were in such a hurry to get off work it seems and close they messed up our order because the lady wasn't clearly paying attention, I was on the phone with him as he was order and he specifically said what I ordered and on top of that she repeated the order back correctly but still didn't make the food right , and then had the nerve to tell me we can come back tomorrow instead of fixing there mistake so no thank you I won't be coming back tomorrow you should have corrected it but instead y'all too busy trying to hurry...

Good food usually but poor service. Ordered soft tacos and it was noted on the order display as such. Brought it home opened it and found it was all hard shell. Called up there and they said they would remake it and didnt require bringing back the hard shell. Went back and they were rather rude about the whole thing the woman at the counter and manager both. Despite saying they would take care of it accused me of being rude while ordering, being on my phone (I checked the time wasnt a phone call or nothing).
