I made my order via the sonic app that is heavily advertised at this location. When I arrived at the location and tried to check in via the app, there was some technical difficulties according to the app. I pushed the button the car hop came out I showed the car hop that my order was completed and I couldn't check in and if they could just go ahead and bring my food out since I'd already paid for it. The car hop apologized and said that they were having problems completing orders from the app but that he would "force The order out". I waited for about 30 minutes for food that cost less than $4. I rang the bell again and the person on the other end said they could do nothing because they are system is jacked up and they can't do anything until they get ahold of someone from somewhere else and they're not answering their calls.Most people in this sort of situation would just see that the order is paid for give the customer their food and handle the technical issue on their end later. And fortunately that thought was just inconceivable for it the people working at this location. I ask them once their system was up to go ahead and cancel my order and refund my money and I have very low expectations at that's actually going to happen. Read moreWent there today, 3/26/2016, for the first time. Ordered two of the coney dog combos. One with mustard, no onion, the other with mustard and onion. The drive through associate said it would be $10 at the speaker. When I got to the window, I informed them that the price was too low. They fixed the order and charged $14. 18 minutes later, no one has stuck their heads out the window to explain why we were waiting for 18 minutes. Finally, I left without the food or my money. When I called the manager, she chastised me for leaving saying that she would have givine me the meal for free. I told her that it was the lack of talking to the customer and explaining what was going on that got me upset enough to leave. If you google search that location, they have a lot of problems. Will never go there again. Since there are so many Sinics, it is easy to go somewhere else. You would think with all the competition and a struggling economy, they would give the best customer experience they can. Read moreWe went through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago. Got back to work and we were short a burrito. First time ever that I didn't get a mile long receipt stuck to my order. Not even upset about all that. What I am upset about is the attitude the manager had when he spoke with me. He pushed the door open like he was mad, said he couldn't hear me, didn't remember me coming through, asked for a receipt, went and looked/printed it off. Only one burrito on the ticket. I asked if I could order another one and he said "that will be $4.86 push the red button and place your order" he was not pleasant about it at all. My mistake. I had no problem paying for the burrito, expected to. Did not expect all the irritation & attitude. The rest of our order was cold at this point. Our experience at Sonic on Bell St sucked today.
