Rossys Cocina — Restaurant in Amarillo

Rossy's is a little gem of a restaurant on Amarillo Boulevard in the old Zest-E-Taco building. They have renovated the interior, and it is clean and cozy. The asada burrito was amazing, with flavorful and crispy pieces of steak - and lots of it. We also tried the chicharron burrito, and it was perfect. My wife had the chilaquiles, and she said they were the best chilaquiles she ever had. That says a lot, she is a chilaquiles snob! This appears to be a family run business, and they clearly take pride in their food. I cannot wait to try everything on the menu!
