In August 2025, we visited the American Fork FrontrunnerStation in American Fork, Utah. The Utah Transit Authority, or UTA, operates different public transportation services, such as buses and different types of train systems, known as Frontrunner and Trax. Frontrunner is an express train that runs between Northern Utah's 4 most populous counties along the Wasatch Front Mountain Range. The American Fork Station has plenty of free and available parking. The Frontrunner trains are clean and comfortable. We save money in our commuting using the UTA Frontrunner and other UTA buses. Drinking fountains and some type of protection from the elements to a better degree and big enough for quite a few people. Pretty windy out here because it’s next to flat farmland on most sides. Kind of load because it’s next to the freeway. Great station to use though! Less used than others so it’s not as run down.
