Worst Experience! Thursday morning 10/19/23 around 10-11am
I spend about monthly $200 every 1-2 months. Have my stamp card. Mistakenly I bought the wrong case of cigarettes and this time I when I walked in and out of the store. Coming back into it literally just a min. This black haired womenĀ around her 50s would did not help at all. After spending 250.00 Coming in and out of the store.
I wanted to exchange or get a refund. This lady did not allow it that the owner would have to make the exception.
Arent these people trained to handle a situation so simplistic?
She was short and very unkind. She expressed the owner was Weston. To come. Back in the afternoon. I was there not left literally a min in and out. I expressed that.
I choose to call several stores of stogies they all were friendly and nice. And informed me if your a regular and just in and out of the store they would have made the exception. I called 3 times back to the store checking if the owner was there. That lady answered the one that is incopetent the 50 year old. Until the last call I made she stated he was not there. Until a dime of light shed in her imcompatance. She said ill write your name and phone and pass the message along. I assume she never did. Though til then clarified that Weston is the Manger. Imbecile.
I am astonished that in this location they are ignorant will not shop here again.
Please check cameras and train these imbecile monkeys to know how to handle any situations. Its ridiculous that there isnt a manager...

I told the guy here that and showed him the broken one I had been using and he sold me "what he uses and recommends to everyone" which is a crappy base model worth about $35 for the tank and battery had I bought it online, but of course I was desperate and wanted something that day. He told me that it worked well, which it doesn't. It leaks my very expensive juice, the glass comes apart and is difficult to fill and when it runs low or for no reason at all stops working correctly and spits large amounts of juice through the mouthpiece. I feel like I was cheated into buying a $100 setup that should have been about $65, I understand these stores need to make a profit, but they also need to employ decent people who know what they are taking about, and that will tell you the truth. Of course my purchase is non-refundable, but two days of using this thing and I'm already spending $24 online for a much much better tank(the one I originally broke). Overall I'm just incredibly dissapointed. If you know what you need and it's not an e-cig setup then stogies is an acceptable choice(hence 2 stars not 1). Then my vape broke so I bought one from this store. The new manager was the one who sold it to me. I asked to buy extra atomizers and pods for it when I first bought it and I was only able to buy one new pod for it. I asked the new manager if I would have issues in the future buying atomizers and pods for the vape he was selling me. He told me I would have no issues in the future. I went back a total of 4 times now and each time theyāve not had anything in stock for it nor had an estimate of when there would be any in stock in the future. I asked the new manager who had been the same guy that sold me the vape if there was anything that could be done as I now had a vape that was not operable for the last few weeks and Iāve only had the vape for one month time.
