I went after a recommendation from my mother-in-law who had a necklace made here and had a good experience. To be honest, my initial experience was frustrating. Their communication after I stopped in to have a mother’s ring designed / quoted was non-existent unless I called to check in (which I had to do multiple times). After a 2-3 weeks of trying to get information I had almost given up. I am glad I didn’t have to as they ended up reaching out and really pulled through. After they got the design started and a few adjustments made per my request- their turn around time was fast and the quality of their work is amazing! I would like to think that maybe my initial experience was bad timing as I know this is a family owned business and during the process they had a few people out unexpectedly. Even with my initial frustration I am glad it worked out they made my ring. Not only is it beautiful but it is a one of a kind handcrafted piece that was half the price of their competitors. Their prices are so much better, that I ended up buying a gold chain for a pendant I have which was also half the cost of their competitors. I will be using Gilger again for future jewelry needs. WoW!!...... A couple weeks ago, I took my family diamonds in to Gilger Designs to see if they could follow a drawing I had done on paper for an heirloom ring. No one else seemed to be able to do it. Justin was not only able to accommodate what I wanted, but he added his own expertise to make this ring even more exquisite then I could imagine. Took my breath away when I saw it in the black box.
