This review is for Ms.peggy register #7 on April 13 around 9:45 am I headed to register 7 I needed to cash out as well as needing similac sensitive baby formula. I ask miss Peggy if she can please see if she has any in the case. A few feet away from where she was standing since it'slocked up. I told her I need similar sensitive, the small orange can. She walked over. She seen that there was only the big orange can't without checking the rest of the case and said I guess there aint any here? I don't know, and I simply said. May you please find out since I don't know as well and I don't work here, but you can find out for me. She scoffed at me was upset, rolled her eyes and smaked her teeth mind u this is a older woman 55 60 not a teenager with such Attitude and finally found the small cans. I needed that were a few feet away. As I was. Cashing out she asked me. Why are my things not on the register yet? I said I was just with you at the case. Trying to find similac sensitive, she was very rude said. Well, you need to get it up here now. As she was saying that her manager walked behind and I simply said to her. Hey, this employee of yours is being extremely rude. Miss Peggy laughed in my face with her manager there.And I said this is unbelievable and unprofessional.The manager there told her.Please walk away and dismiss her and finally cash me out.I appreciate the manager's professionalism.I do not appreciate miss peggy and don't think she shouldnt even work at...

I have yet to have a pleasant experience at this store. At best I can get in and get out without an incident!

-Prices: are comparable to Whole Foods. -Checkout staff: never adequate staff members so self checkout is only option. -Self Checkout: Sometimes a huge line that makes no sense, and when you NEED ASSISTANCE because the computers are dumb as rocks another rock with hair on its head comes over and gives you an attitude because you didn't bring your manager card and password! Trust me buddy I don't need your help to learn how to use a computer, I need you to update your archaic machines to understand when I put my item in the bagging area and it doesn't recognize the weight difference that's your problem with your calibrations, I have zero issues at any other self checkouts since they were invented!! -Customer service: none lol the people at the bakery I remember speak a higher form of language than the spiteful rocks at self checkout.

Verdict Avoid at all costs. If you have to go bring a camera and be prepared to be amazed.

Recommendations -Make all of your lanes assisted self checkout like Home Depot. -Train your staff to help if the customer wants it. -Leave us alone if we know how to work a scanner. (Give us the scanners back) -Part ways with employees that can't smile at a stranger and say "have a nice day," because it's that easy... (I'd rather deal with robots than...

Cashier at register 11 was miserable and unpleasant. If she hates her job that much maybe she should quit. I have 5 kids and my niece all still at home. So I dread food shopping with all of my being bc it isn't an easy task. I normally either have to use 2 carriages but most of the time I end up shopping alone so my carriage is usually very packed. When I check out I am very aware of how frustrating it must be for any people behind me in line and if someone only has a few things I try to make sure to let them go ahead of me. But, I cant do that all day either. On this trip, I must've added wrong bc I had to ask the cashier to void 3 things bc I went above my budget. Well- that must have made the cashier angry bc she not only rudely made a big deal when i asked but bc she somehow could not figure out how to do her job correctly, and the more she couldn't figure it out the more she grumbled and humphed loudly. I WAS HUMILIATED bc now I was holding the line up even longer while she voiced her opinion about how large my order was. She made me feel pathetic. After a good 10 mins of her still making a scene belittling me, I just walked out. I left everything right there. That is something that I would normally never even think of doing to anyone I visit this store very often and have noticed the change in this store recently. From now on- I will avoid it...
