Im sorry for the people that make donations probably they think are helping the community, but no! I have to say I've been there several times and you can see same clothes and shoes over and over. No one pulls out new things for selling but you can see volunteers taking stuff for themselves!and suddenly all the prices raised like if you were buying things new!!! I went today Nov 3rd 2023 im a low income person and obviously i go to thrift stores to get everything I need! So i went to get a necklace thinking for Thanksgiving and it was $10 dollars! I asked if i could have a better price for a used and donated necklace and the woman in charge not only rude with a not friendly attitude and lack of empathy gave me a bad look and just said that is the price!! She doesn't even let me tell i was in needed or just to have a better price I wasn't asking for free!! Who ever decides the prices there should think about also poor people that we can't afford even thrift stores!! Bitter woman in charge without any empathy...

I actually love this place. The clothes are super well taken care of and the displays are tasteful. The fact that as of April 2023 your staff is harassing customers about masks is not tasteful. It’s your business, do what you want. The least you could do is harass everyone equally. When I walked in the same woman who always does immediately flocked to me with a mask asking I put it on. Of course, because they are useless and I am of no harm to your staff, I declined. But why did the 3 people who came in literally 5 seconds after me not wearing masks also not get chased down the second they entered the building? I don’t get it and I feel like enough is enough. The best thrift store around by far! With very fair prices, well-curated items, and an incredible team providing great customer service, I am consistently amazed by the value I find here. It's evident that the store's management takes pride in ensuring customers have a wonderful shopping experience.
