This store has super adorable clothes although a little pricey you won’t be disappointed in their selection.

However, their staff ruined the shopping experience. Staff didn’t great us when we walked in and didn’t offer to provide helped. They two ladies stood behind the counter and whispered every time we left the dressing room to shop. The parts of the conversation that was heard was directed towards the items we had selected for ourselves (not in a positive way). Their attitudes continued to be off putting even after my sisters and I spent a substantial amount of money in the store. One staff member refused to give me the posted sales price of an item because “the computer didn’t automatically do it” even though she did it for one item already. The sales price was posted. Our shopping experience was much better at Hope ave.

Also when I asked for the restroom I was told their wasn’t one even though OSHA requires toilet facilities need to be on every worksite. She could of just said the bathroom is for...

I inquired on a Roolee instagram post if a specific set was going to be restocked. Brandie responded letting me know her store's location had sizes still in stock and they could ship to me. She also helped me with sizing recommendations with my typical dress size and her familiarity with each piece. All this to say, this was through her personal account and not during work hours. I have loved Roolee for YEARS, so I was ecstatic when they decided to open a store in IF! I have had the pleasure of shopping at this location a few times now, and I am always impressed with how kind and friendly the staff is! They have an amazing selection of women’s clothes, baby clothes, and home decor..
